“they sent us on a walking tour with a very nice gentleman who was not fit to be walking due to health reasons. While we enjoyed the guide as a person, this was not an appropriate tour guide for a walking tour, let alone an expensive private tour. Very disappointed in the company organizing this tour. We had been in communication before the tour and stressed that we are active and want to walk a lot and see a lot. We ended the tour less than half way through due to the situation and are expecting a full refund, as this was a big let down”
